Keeps falling asleep; Tired; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. Other Case identifier(s): MOD-2026-793847 (Moderna). A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 omicron (lp.8.1) (COMIRNATY (2025-2026 FORMULA)), on 09Feb2026 as dose 1, 0.3 ml single (Lot number: 00069252810) intramuscular for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Type 2 diabetic" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: SOMNOLENCE (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "Keeps falling asleep"; FATIGUE (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "Tired". Additional information: The reporter causality was not reported, No other vaccines given within past 4 weeks. patient had Type 2 diabetic - pre-existing condition. Patient had the COVID vaccine two days ago and ever since got it, is so tired and keeps falling asleep. patient Sais doesn't know if it is from the COVID vaccine or not. Repeats later in the call that was very tired and patient was sleeping more than usually does. Patient stated has no other symptoms. No follow-up attempts are possible.
