Symptom narrative

Patient started with itching, then proceeded to develop facial swelling. Cetirizine administered orally in office, then parent instructed to take patient to the ER. Patient was kept under observation in ER for 3 hours, then discharged to home. Parent instructed to give Zyrtec orally daily for 30 days.

History of Masoblastic Nephroma. Solitary Left Kidney.
