The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date (when the patient was child), the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), (dose, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent solution for injection (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (dose, lot # and expiration date were not reported). The patient did not get the second dose. On an unknown date, the patient's titer for varicella was "zero." (viral titre decreased).
