Symptom narrative

Numerous immune system issues with recurrent illness including, rashes, chronic lymphadenopathy, neuropathic pain/tingling/burning sensations, dysautonomia, post-exertion malaise, persistent brain fog, frequent GI infections and respiratory infections. These symptoms started within 6 months after receiving COVID-19 vaccine.
