Symptom narrative

Father of child called informing within 45min after receiving vaccines pt was crying, complain of severe headaches, and right jaw pain. The jaw pain resolved after MA called father of child. Father of child gave her 500mg tylenol. Headaches still present. Patient stayed home from school and slept.
