Symptom narrative

Patient reported onset of left shoulder pain with radiation down into the left arm and the pinky, ring finger, and middle finger of the left hand that started within a few hours of receiving their 2nd Gardasil vaccine in the left deltoid. Patient has since been experiencing the pain daily, worse with laying on the left side and when raising the left arm up overhead.
