Symptom narrative

got 1st dose and did not receive the second; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (1st dose received in APR-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: got 1st dose and did not receive the second). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
