I'm going through a slight shingles outbreak now. No pain and the itch isn't terrible.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of shingles in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: I'm going through a slight shingles outbreak now. No pain and the itch isn't terrible.). The outcome of the shingles was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingles vaccine. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 19-FEB-2026 The patient received Hz/su + AS01B which was Shingrix The patient mentioned that he/she was going through a slight shingles outbreak now. The patient also mentioned that a silver lining is that he/she received first shot about 4-5 months ago which the patient think would help minimize the effect. There was no pain and the itch isn't terrible. The patient mentioned that once he/she got through it, it's on to shot 2.
