On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, more than 2 years after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced vaccination failure (Verbatim: vaccination failure) (serious criteria GSK medically significant) and shingles (Verbatim: shingles). The outcome of the vaccination failure was not reported and the outcome of the shingles was not resolved. Now he/she had shingles that started five months days ago in 2025. The patient was thanking God because he/she was not suffering from pain. The patient started treatment within 48 hours. The only symptom he/she had was itching around his/her face. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
