Symptom narrative

patient who received the first shingrix vaccine in 2021, did not get the second vaccine until 12/2025; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received 1st dose in 2021). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient who received the first shingrix vaccine in 2021, did not get the second vaccine until 12/2025). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 19-FEB-2026 The patient who received the first Shingrix vaccine and did not get the second vaccine until DEC-2025. The reporter asked should they get another dose now since it was longer than the 2 to 6 month period. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
