Symptom narrative

Patient reports arm feeling hot and red on the same day of injection (2/2/26), redness went away within a week. Patient didn't report adverse event until 2/23/26 to pharmacy. She stated the swelling went down but there was still pain in her arm. Patient is having difficulty sleeping and brushing hair. Pharmacist told patient to go into doctors office to further investigate injury.
