Patient called to report that he had sustained injury from his vaccine on 2/16/26. The patient received the vaccine at an off-site clinic on 9/17/25. Patient states that his arm has hurt ever since he received his "flu shot". I asked patient which arm was hurting and he said his left arm. I told the patient that he had received his tetanus shot in his left arm. I asked the patient to describe how his arm was hurting. He said that his arm hurts off and on since receiving the shot and that it particularly hurts when he does certain movements and has to lift heavy tools above his head. Patient described laying on his back, changing the blades on an industrial mower with a heavy, pneumatic impact wrench. He states that he can not do this. He also said he sometimes notices the pain at night when he lays down in the bed. He said that he feels numbness and tingling in his shoulder. He said that he is left-handed. Patient said he mentioned the pain to his doctor at his appointment in December and the doctor told him to take ibuprofen. He said the ibuprofen isn't helping.
