Symptom narrative

Patient received extra Abrysvo dose. Patient received Abrysvo on 10/15/24 during pregnancy. Received Abrysvo again on 1/26/26 during subsequent pregnancy. OB/GYN MD placed the order for the 2nd dose of Abrysvo to be given. LVN administered 2nd Abrysvo dose. Abrysvo is only approved for one dose. In subsequent pregnancies, infant is to receive RSV dose after birth instead of birthing parent receiving additional dose. Estimated date of delivery 3/6/26. Patient reported she had a little more arm soreness and some muscle aches with the 2nd dose.
