Symptom narrative

Symptoms started the day she received the vaccine 2/17/26 and getting worse. Pain in right arm that radiates down the whole arm. The pain feels like a sharp and burning pain, the pain is constant. The pain is a 7/10. When she tries to lift that arm it is excruciating. She has to use her other arm to be able to lift her right arm above her head, but it is still very painful to do so. Numbness into wrist and fingers, but patient has carpal tunnel syndrome so it is hard to tell. She reports that it does seem to be exacerbated.

Current illness

Asthma exacerbation, sore throat.

Medical history

Asthma, elevated lipoprotein, migraines, chronic urticaria, carpal tunnel syndrome, anxiety.

Other medications

Adapalene, Symbicort, Vitamin B-12, Elderberry, Vistaril, Xopenex, Multivitamin, Junel , Zofran, Percocet, Prednisone, Aldactone.
