Previously administered products included Varicella zoster vaccine (had the 2 vaccines 10 plus years ago on an unknown date). On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: shingles). The outcome of the shingles was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingles vaccine.
