Symptom narrative

4 year old patient was administered Infanrix and Kinrix at the same time today; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3c423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number m4ze7, expiry date 13-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. On 24-FEB-2026 11:20, the patient received Kinrix and Infanrix. On 24-FEB-2026 11:20, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and Infanrix, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: 4 year old patient was administered Infanrix and Kinrix at the same time today). The outcome of the overdose was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date:24-FEB-2026 The patient had been administered Infanrix and Kinrix at the same time. The reporter inquired whether any reactions or other concerns were expected. Kinrix had been the intended vaccine, this constituted the patient's fifth DTaP dose and fourth IPV dose. Kinrix was the intended vaccine.
