4 year old patient was administered Infanrix and Kinrix at the same time today; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of overdose in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 3c423, expiry date 06-SEP-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Infanrix) (batch number m4ze7, expiry date 13-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. On 24-FEB-2026 11:20, the patient received Kinrix and Infanrix. On 24-FEB-2026 11:20, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix and Infanrix, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: 4 year old patient was administered Infanrix and Kinrix at the same time today).
