Symptom narrative

Pt reported that she was rushed to the hospital and hospitalized on March 23rd, 2022 for pulmonary embolisms. She reportedly had blood clots in both her lungs. She reported that the doctors were unable to determine a cause or health condition that contributed to the blood clots. She said she is now on Xarelto for the rest of her life due to the one COVID vaccine she received.
