Symptom narrative

No additional AE; Customer called to report TE. Vaccines were administered to patients; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 05-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), (valid lot #Y017062, expiration date: 11-Oct-2026) as prophylaxis, which underwent temperature excursion of -14 C up to -10 C (-13.6 C) for 2 hours 5 minutes 0 seconds (product storage error). No previous temperature excursion was noted. The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent solution for injection (Hollister-Stier STERILE DILUENT), (lot # and expiration date were not reported). No additional adverse event (AE) was reported.
