Symptom narrative

Family describe that pt throw up this AM at 9am after waking up at 5am very tired, taking a nap after feeding then woke up screaming and vomited twice turned pale and stooled twice. She recovered within 3-5 minutes. She had a similar experience about 15-30 minutes later after her first set of shots.

Current illness

Had a similar reaction after 2 month vaccines so Rota virus was not given at 4 month visit
