Symptom narrative

Patient stated she felt dizzy, I sat patient in a chair then patient fainted while mother was holding her head. This was about 10 minutes after receiving the Gardasil-9 vaccine while she was sitting in a chair. Patient woke up after 30 seconds after fainting. I laded patient on table, took vitals, gave patient a candy/Lolly pop and patient stated she felt better. Patient was monitored for 20 mins with no other issues patient was able to check out. Patient was able to stand up and walk out of the build to the care without any help.
