Expired dose administered/ patient received an expired Kinrix vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 4-year-old female patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 5H95B, expiry date 16-FEB-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 17-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired dose administered/ patient received an expired Kinrix vaccine).
