21 months old patient received Kinrix; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 21-month-old patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 34MF9) for prophylaxis. On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received Kinrix. On 12-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 21 months old patient received Kinrix). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
