On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. The patient had shingles five years ago (from the date of reporting) on her right thigh. At first, she thought it was a reaction to some medication. She went to urgent care, and the physician diagnosed her with shingles. It was very painful, and she could barely stand to touch it, just to patting Vaseline on it. Occasionally, it still itched, and she rubbed Vaseline on it. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
