2/16/2026: Patient c/o swelling to R arm injection site and paint and the injection site (when moving arm). Patient stated she took ibuprofen and the pain did improve. 2/17/2026: Was seen in the clinic for her follow up Hepatitis B vaccination (which was held at this time due to current symptoms). Assessed candidates R arm: -mild swelling to injection site; localized -warm to touch -pain rated 5/10 to touch and ?inside arm? per patient -pain has improved since 2/11/26 (stated she was having ?strong headaches? -denied any fever, chills, rash, itching, SOB; Normal ROM -candidate consented to take photos of site of injection (Attached) -instructed candidate to continue to monitor site and to seek outside care for further follow-up 2/20/2026: Follow up call to candidate - Continues with no fever or any new symptoms - Candidate verbalized pain ?is inside her arm? and is currently 5/10, Ibuprofen taken every 6-8 hours (pain resolves when medicated; but reaches up to 5/10 when wears off) - Headache comes and goes, no HA currently - Strongly recommended to seek outside care at this time; recommended may need something stronger to help. Referred to ER - Ultrasound of R arm completed; ruled out DVT; negative findings
