Vaccine expired administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received HAB (Twinrix) (batch number H7RF2, expiry date 17-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 17-FEB-2026, the patient received Twinrix. On 17-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Twinrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Vaccine expired administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
