Symptom narrative

No additional AE; female pulled away while GARDASIL 9 was being administered and did not receive the full dose; This spontaneous report was received from a physician and refers to a 9-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 02-Feb-2026, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) suspension for injection (lot #Z002397, expiration date: 20-Feb-2027) 0.5 mL (.5ML) as prophylaxis. The patient pulled away while the suspect vaccine was being administered and did not receive the full dose (Accidental underdose). No adverse effects were reported. No additional adverse events. At the reporting time, the outcome of the event was unknown. The action taken with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9) was not applicable.
