Symptom narrative

Parent reported within minutes that patient was feeling unwell. He was sitting in chair. He was pale and said he thought he was going to vomit. We called 911. He did throw up a small amount. He said he could not feel his arms and legs but was bouncing his leg and moving them. His mother and I moved him to the floor and EMS arrived. He was assessed and then transported to the ER.
