Symptom narrative

39-year-old male with no known prior coronary artery disease or documented abnormal laboratory history prior to event. Received Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations: Dose 1 ? Lot PF2588 on 10/04/2021 (pharmacy) Dose 2 ? Lot FF2593 on 11/06/2021 (pharmacy) Hospitalized from approximately 12/19/2022 to 12/23/2022 with acute coronary syndrome. Cardiac CT angiography (CCTA) revealed 99% occlusion of the left anterior descending (LAD) artery at a bifurcation point. Required placement of two coronary stents. Reportedly no calcification elsewhere. Reporting due to concern about possible associatio.

2022 ER- labs, EKG, 2D echo all normal yet demanded further workup as RN knew something was wrong so transfered to hospital they did all other cardiac tests which were all NORMAL finally did CCTA & off to Cath lab (unsure if vax related yet cardiologist said it was likely bc no other Hx yet of course not definite)
