Symptom narrative

Still undergoing evaluation to determine cause of all my symptoms, just recently realized the vaccine could be the problem. It started with not being able to run a well as before, and now I can barely walk fast without considerable exertion. Then it was chest pains, then it was high blood pressure, and then neuro issues. I also developed allergies to many things, and possibly a hypoglycemia problem.

Current illness

Coccidioidomycosis, if still active by vaccination, otherwise none.

Medical history

Then nothing, now allergies, asthma, dyspnea, sinus tachycardia, sinus bradycardia, pulmonary nodule, high blood pressure, and undiagnosed neuro issues (I'm getting a referral to a specialist in the near future)

Other medications

Diphenhydramine (50mg) possibly Fluconazole 400mg for Coccidioidomycosis (I'm unsure when I stopped it)

Allergies

None at the time, now allergic to roughly 40 plants, and cats. I've had a cat for 16 years, never was allergic before.

I'd be happy to share my complete medical record, but I've been to the ER about 20 times in the last year, and have had many providers throughout this time
