Symptoms began approximately 12 hours after vaccination, around 3:00 AM, with painful swelling in both hands and feet. The swelling has persisted and slightly worsened since onset. She describes her hands as puffy and her feet as feeling swollen, particularly in the morning, though visible swelling in the feet is less pronounced. She reports discomfort when making a fist. Generalized sweating and unusual redness on her arms have also developed. There is pain throughout her left arm and right hand, but no localized swelling at the injection site. She reports no swelling of the tongue, lips, mouth, or throat, and no headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, or hives. There is no weakness in the legs or arms, and no numbness or tingling in the hands or feet, except for some consistent numbness in the left arm that has since resolved. Recommended patient monitor and use ibuprofen and contact office if worsening
