Symptom narrative

First 1-2 weeks patient felt weak, headaches, body aches, and general tiredness. After that the patient's arm, where the covid vaccine was located was painful and nerve type feeling pain. Nerve type pain is worse at night when sleeping and still ongoing. Patient states the pain will sometimes be on the right arm too, where the flu vaccine was given. Patient started and has continued to take naproxen and has seen their provider and now has started taking gabapentin. Patient has also started physical therapy where they could not find any issues and had some type of scan, no issues found.
