patient was here for well visit with CRNP, well visit was fine she received the covid 19 vaccine and the flu vaccine around 10:30 am. she was alert and fine talking with dad after vaccines. she walked out of the room and waited for a immunization report. they proceeded to walk down the hallway and out the door. a few moments later we were notified that she was being carried back into office by dad we immediately rushed her back and begin to monitor her blood pressure every five minutes while she was laying down with feet elevated until she was back at her baseline. we also checked her glucose which was 73. we gave two juice pouches and crackers. patient was alert and fine and walked out with dad. Provider and RN will follow up with aphone call to them tomorrow
