Symptom narrative

Was give (Pneumococcal) injection I had Soreness for about 4 days, did a Teleadoc and was told to head to an urgent care due to the location, it looked like shot was given in the wrong location. Made an emergency appointment with PCP with in the next hour and it was confirmed the vaccination was administered in an incorrect location and the site was now infected. I was given antibiotics.
