Incomplete course of vaccinationUrticaria

Symptom narrative

Patients mother called stating that patient had developed full body hives after receiving immunizations earlier in the day. Mother was instructed to administer Benadryl until symptoms resolved. Pt was given one dose on the date of reaction and a second dose on 2/18/26. Hives resolved. Mother was instructed that patient not receive second dose of influenza due to reaction.
