After vaccination in October 2021 he developed fatigue, generalized anxiety disorder needing weekly psycotherapy, depression, cognitive problems (attention, focus, memory loss) which progressively increases over the months leading to failing exams (80% before vaccination) and stopped schooling (it was impossible to follow any lesson even his favorite matter). He got lost many times, near his home, in a known neighborhood while walking his favorite path and could no longer remember the way to school. He could not follow his hobby, not possible for him to watch even his preferred TV series (not possible to follow the plot) not able to read (cannot remember what read earlier on the same page). Afterwards he develops central neurologic dysautonomia affecting blood pressure and heart rate variability and sweating. He was admitted to in-hospital care and diagnosed with auto-immune encephalitis in June 2024. He was treated with plasma exchange therapy and after a relapse in Mai 2025 an anti-IL6 antibody therapy was added.

During his hospitalisation in June 2024 : Heart rate and Blood pressure monitoring revealed pattern consistent with dysautonomiaof central origin. Abnormal Brain PET scanner. Good response to plasma exchange
