she never received her 2nd Shingrix shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via patient support programs and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a elderly female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (that was not the GSK branded Shingrix.) and Shingrix (received first dose 6 months later on an unknown date without batch number and expiry date). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient had incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: she never received her 2nd Shingrix shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 23-FEB-2026 The patient self-reported this case for himself. The patient stated that patient received a phone call from her pharmacy this week that patient never received her 2nd Shingrix shot. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
