Symptom narrative

Shingrix Inappropriate schedule of vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in Nov 2021). In APR-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. In APR-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Shingrix Inappropriate schedule of vaccine). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
