received an expired Tdap vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 39-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number 324B2, expiry date 30-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 12-FEB-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 12-FEB-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: received an expired Tdap vaccine). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences.
