Message from patient's mother sent on 1/2/2026 :, "Patient got vaccinations on Tuesday and the past 2 days been very fussy, sometimes cries while eating or acts like doesn't want it, patient does not have a fever but im not sure if this normal. Are there any shots pt received that would still be causing discomfort? And yesterday patient was very sleepy" [Reply from FNP, " Yes, as patients body works to develop antibodies to protect from future illness, pt may have these symptoms. All of the symptoms pt is having can be normal and should get better after today. If it does not, pt can definitely come in to be seen. parent also needs to bring pt in if pt develops any of the following symptoms: lethargy, inconsolable crying (particularly crying lasting 3 hours or longer), eating very little, vomiting, decreased urine output, respiratory distress, or dusky color.
