Symptom narrative

Vesicular rash developed ~18 days after vaccine administration. The rash is itchy. Vomiting was the only other symptom reported. Patient had concomitant urinary tract infection and influenza. Patient was treated with oseltamivir for influenza and amoxicillin for the UTI. Patient was treated with valacyclovir for the presumptive VZV rash.
