Symptom narrative

Patient's parent reported that later in the evening after vaccine, patient developed vomiting and diarrhea and had 2 total episodes of each. The next morning the injection site was swollen, red , and warm. Vomiting and diarrhea resolved by the next day and injection site swelling and redness is much improved by today (2 days after vaccination). Pt also took misoprostol in preparation for IUD insertion.
