Symptom narrative

Patient presented today with erythematous swelling on left arm spreading from shoulder to elbow, warm to the touch. Patient states the swelling was noticeable on Tuesday, while it was achy/sore starting Monday evening before went to bed. Pt states the pain is improved from yesterday but still wanted to come ask today about how could help it heal up more quickly.

None at time of vaccination, unknown one month prior.
