Symptom narrative

Around 1030p patient was being held by his mother and started shaking/shivering in her arms. He felt warm and had fever 100. He fell asleep but a short time later woke up and vomited. He persisted with vomiting and fever throughout the night. Max Temp reported as of today is 102.
