Symptom narrative

Patient had rotavirus #2 on 08/22/2024. He presented to Emergency Room on 09/01/2024 with intussusception. Intussusception spontaneously resolved. He presented again to Emergency Room on 09/18/2024 again with intussusception. Patient was hospitalized and underwent laparoscopic reduction of ileocolonic intussusception. He tolerated surgery well and has not had any further episodes.
