Syncope

Symptom narrative

HPV #1 reaction: fainted within 5 minutes of the vaccine administration. Witnessed by mother- no head injury- patient was sitting down. Verbal and followed commands when nurse arrived. Patient was then assisted to lay down on the bench- vitals taken. No complaints of headache, dizziness, nausea, no changes to vision noted when questioned by nursing.
