RECEIVED INFANRIX ON 2/23/26, ON 2/24/26 MORNING BEGAN TO HAVE INCREASE FUSSINESS, INJECTION SITE RED AND SWOLLEN WITH ITCHING, NO BRUISING NOTED. PT AND MOM CAME INTO OFFICE ON 2/25/26 AND SAW DR., DX WITH CELLULITIS AND RX ZYRTEC AND KEFLEX. PT TO RETURN FOR FOLLOW UP ON 2/27/26.
