The patient's medical history concurrent conditions and concomitant medications were not reported. In approximately 2021, reported as 5 years ago (also reported as "over 5 years ago"), the patient received 2 doses in series of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lyophilisate and solvent for solution for injection which were reconstituted with as sterile diluent solution for injection (lot#, expiration date, route, anatomical site of administration were not provided) as prophylaxis. On an unknown date, after a recent test, her doctor told her that she had no immunity (Varicella virus test negative) and needed to get the vaccine again the patient experienced she has no immunity to it and needs to get it again after recent testing (Varicella virus test negative). At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from the event. The causality between the event and Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) was not reported.
