did not receive a 2nd dose until September of 2025; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 76-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose was taken in 2023). Concurrent medical conditions included hypothyroidism, pulse rate, blood pressure and migraine (migraine breakthrough). Concomitant products included rivaroxaban (Xarelto), thyroid (Armour Thyroid), metoprolol, acetylsalicylic acid (Asprin), erenumab aooe (Aimovig) and rimegepant sulfate (Nurtec Odt). In SEP-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix (unknown arm). In SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: did not receive a 2nd dose until September of 2025).
