Symptom narrative

Patient developed at was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy at Hospital Emergency Room. Patient began developing facial numbness on Friday and into Saturday, and facial droop began on Sunday prompting her to go the the emergency room.

Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, Myasthenia Gravis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Graves Disease, Breast Cancer
