Symptom narrative

Per patient this reaction happened to the Prevnar 13 vaccine years ago. She does not remember the exact date/year that it happened (the date of vaccination reported above is an estimate). Within 24 hours of receiving the vaccine, patient started developing a breathing issue. She went to the emergency room where it was detemined that she was going into respiratory distress and stridor for 3-4 days.
